Lessons

Please request cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours before your lesson. Detailed refund rules: to be confirmed.

Payment

Lessons are paid when you book (card via Stripe, or PayPal). A time is only reserved once payment is complete.

Digital workbooks

Because workbooks are delivered instantly, refunds aren’t offered for change of mind. Duplicate payments, wrong files or download problems will be fixed or refunded — just email us.
